OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how and when Love, Charisma (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from the Love, Charisma bags and accessories shop,  contact us, or otherwise use the services of Love, Charisma.   By shopping at this site, you consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information as described below.

The Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Love, Charisma does not own or control, including Shopify, Inc., which provides software programs that enable merchants to build online stores through which they can sell their products and services online. Shopify also provides software applications to process payments and complete transactions.

Shopify, including its service providers, parent entity and affiliates, have access to personal information you provide to the Site when a purchase is made. Love, Charisma also engages certain trusted third-parties to perform functions and provide services, including ShipStation, a shipping software provider regulated by the United States Postal Service (USPS). ShipStation collects certain information about you on behalf of the USPS in order to properly create shipping labels for your order. Love, Charisma will share your personal information with these third-parties only to the extent necessary to perform these services.  You can reference the privacy policies of ShipStation and USPS to learn of their privacy practices.

Love, Charisma uses Google Analytics, which makes use of cookies to measure the number of visitors and how visitors interact with this site's content.  We use Facebook cookies and related technologies to collect information from this website and use that information for analytics and advertising. Information collected will not be associated with any personally identifiable information.

Cookies can be deleted or blocked by the user by following the instructions usually located in the Tools or Settings section of your particular browser.  Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting by using the tools provided on these sites: http://www.aboutads.info/choices,  and http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.

What we do with the information we gather:

• We use certain information such as your name, email address, shipping address, payment information, and the details of the product(s) selected to fulfill your order.

Love, Charisma retains your personal information as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

• You can object to (a) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (b) receiving marketing messages from Love, Charisma after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 

Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information about an individual, from our servers at your or their request. There is no charge for an individual to access or update their Personal Information.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
