How do I place an order?
Ordering at loveharisma.com is fast, easy and safe and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you've added your goodies to your cart, follow the easy instructions for payment and your order will be processed within 2 business days and shipped within by USPS First Class Package (5-7 business days), USPS Priority Mail service (1-2 business days) or in some instances, UPS (usually within 3 business days).
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through Stripe and PayPal.
When will my order ship?
We are not Ama*** Pri**. Please be a little patient when ordering.
For orders placed by 2PM PST that are in stock, they will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped immediately. Most customers receive their orders within 5 business days, unless USPS is gracious enough to deliver sooner.
We offer a great flat-rate for shipping of most items (smaller items) for just $6.99 for first-class shipping and if you spend $50 on your order, shipping is FREE. Cha-ching!
We apologize, but we do not ship internationally. At least not yet.
Do I get an order confirmation?
Upon placing an order with Love, Charisma, you will be sent a confirmation email after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a confirmation, check your "junk" or "spam" folder. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within one day.
Where are you located?
We are based in the US and ship inventory from California, Georgia and Illinois and operate primarily as an e-commerce/online shop with occasional pop-up shops and vendor events.
Do you charge taxes?
Love, Charisma is required to collect sales tax on all orders unless Uncle Sam says it is not required in your state.
How can I track my order?
You can (1) click the link in your confirmation email to track your goodies or (2) click here and enter your tracking number.
If you received a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it after you go through checkout and before you finalize payment. The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include taxes or any applicable shipping charges.
Is your website secure?
Rest assured your personal information is safe. Any information transmitted through Love, Charisma is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

You may return your item in its original, unused condition within fifteen (14) days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please refer to our return policy for specific details. All sales are final on customized, specialty, jewelry, or clearance items.

How do I return items for an exchange?

Do you pay for return shipping?
We pay for initial shipping on initial orders. Our customers pay shipping costs on returns. Please refer to our return policy for specific details.
Policy on damaged goods.
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur during transit. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any products are defective, contact us immediately.
In order to process your claim, please send us a low-resolution digital photo including one of the packaging it was shipped in to email@example.com. Make sure you keep all packaging material and we will work with you to have your item exchanged quickly.
If your item arrives damaged as a result of transit by USPS, you will need to initiate a claim by visiting their website here. For damage claims of items that were shipped by UPS, please go here to file a claim.
